Maximising Generation from a Restricted Roof Space
The client wanted to install a large-scale solar PV system but had limited roof space available. The challenge was to design a system that would maximise energy generation whilst working within the physical constraints of the building.
What We Did
A 33kWp Solar & Battery Storage Installation
We designed and installed a 33kWp solar PV system comprising 52 high-efficiency 645W solar modules. Careful system design allowed us to maximise the available roof space whilst achieving a substantial generation capacity. The installation also included two SolaxX3 Ultra inverters and 10.5kWh of battery storage, enabling excess energy to be stored and used when required.
The Outcome
High Output from a Compact Installation Area
Despite the restricted roof space, the completed system delivers significant renewable energy generation capacity. By combining high-output solar panels with battery storage, the client can make better use of the electricity generated on site and reduce reliance on imported energy.
